Mary Jane Dailey is the President and CEO of Dailey Resources, Inc. Dailey Resources, Inc. has been a well known Business Intermediary firm in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas since 1989. Mary Jane's background and experience include 23+ years in Mergers and Acquisitions. Mary Jane is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, (IBBA) the Mergers and Acquisitions Source, (M&A Source) and the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB). She served as a Board Member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) from 1996 - 2002. She served on the board of TABB from 1998 - 2007. She was the State President of TABB in 1999 and 2000. Mary Jane also served as the President of the Dallas /Fort Worth Local Chapter of TABB from 2003 - 2004 and served on this Chapter Board from 2002 - 2006. Bob has been active in the divestiture and acquisition of businesses since 1982. He has owned and operated two personal businesses throughout his career as well as served 30 years with IBM as an operational executive. During his career with IBM, Bob was involved in several large M&A projects for IBM whereby he assisted in either divested or acquired assets/companies for their portfolio of businesses. He is a graduate of Pace University, Syracuse University, and numerous educational and business programs sponsored by IBM. He is one of the first Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) awarded this prestigious professional accreditation which is a honored Certification earned by only a few. Ray "W" is an award-winning business professional, with a solid background in sales, marketing, accounting and finance. Ray has started and administered several small to mid-size businesses and has also researched, designed and launched many new product lines. Ray has an MBA from Northwestern University and an Associate Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Walton School of Business in Chicago. Joe is a member of The M&A Source, the world's largest association of Middle Market Intermediaries, and serves on the Board of Directors as Chair of the Membership Committee. Joe earned the association’s highest award, the Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification, a valued certification that is held by only a few members worldwide.

Joe is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the largest non-profit business brokerage association specifically formed to meet the needs of business brokers through training and certification. Joe earned the IBBA’s highest award, the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, and he serves as Chair of the IBBA Credentialing Committee.

Joe is a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB), the oldest state-wide business broker trade association in the USA. He is a former member of its Board of Directors and served as President of TABB’s Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter (2006 – 2008). He earned TABB’s BCB (Board Certified Broker) designation.

Rick Harris - M&AMI, CBI, BCB, RBI, LREA, MBA

Rick joined Dailey Resources, Inc. after more than 30 years in the Telecommunications Industry. Rick is well versed in all aspects of business acumen and ownership. His positions in management, operations and sales with various International Telecommunication Companies contributed to his broad business experience base. Additionally, prior to joining Dailey, Rick managed his own consulting firm assisting companies expanding into new markets, both nationally and internationally. Rick’s experience as a business owner has given him first-hand knowledge of running a business as well as the challenges in buying and selling a business.

Rick is a member of the M&A Source and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and has earned the highest certifications presented by each of these associations. The M&A Source is the world's largest association of Middle Market Intermediaries and Rick earned the prestigious Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification which is a valued certification in our profession. There are fewer than 100 intermediaries world-wide who have earned this designation.

Rick received his MBA and BSBA from the University of Phoenix and his professional credentials also include IBBA’s highest designation as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and he is a Registered Business Intermediary (RBI) as well as a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent (LREA).

Rick’s professional practice includes representation of sellers and buyers in both Main Street businesses (values under $2 million) as well as lower middle market businesses (values ranging between $2 and $20 million). Rick has successfully represented clients in a wide range of industries including high-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and a variety of service companies (business-to-business and business-to-consumer).

Ron Baird - LREA, RBI

Ron is a seasoned professional well versed in private business transactions and has a keen entrepreneurial insight. Buyers and Sellers benefit from his understanding and hands on experience. Prior to joining Dailey Resources, Ron’s career includes over 30 years experience at executive level national sales and marketing management with various companies including mid-range privately held and large multi-national Corporations.

As vice president, general manager and partial owner, Ron managed the acquisition and sale of a manufacturing plant and various wholesale distribution units. He also is experienced in the Broker / Intermediary sale of Computer Services, Commercial Courier Services Companies, Medical Service/Practices, Marinas, Wholesale/Retail Units and Automotive and Heavy Duty Truck Machine Shops and Manufacturing Units.

Ron's past associations include the (PERA) National Association of Production Engine Re-manufactures where he served on the membership committee, (IASIA) a 7500 member National Association of Automotive Aftermarket Manufacturers and Distributors. Early in his career this national association nominated Ron " young executive of the year" and through this prestigious nomination received national recognition for his work in cost control and management development both in manufacturing and wholesale distribution.

In 2008 as a result of his tireless efforts, dedication and outstanding performance, Ron was the recipient of the prestigious Texas Association of Business Brokers "President’s Award". Gary Wilson - MBA, RBI

Gary has a solid background in Sales Engineering and Marketing with 20 years experience in both “private” and “Public” wireless industry companies. His MBA was focused on all marketing themes and methodologies and has served him well as an individual that can help a client focus on the type of business they may pursue. Gary is a member of the International Business Broker Association (IBBA) and is actively involved in the IBBA Education programs and is pursuing the coveted Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation.

Jeanette Browning - Project Manager

Jeanette is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, having received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. Jeanette has over 16 years experience in Retail Banking, along with 9 years in Investment Banking. Jeanette manages the various marketing activities for those businesses listed for sale. She works with each broker in assisting them in identifying prospective buyers and sellers for Acquisition Searches. In addition, Jeanette works closely with the ASA business appraiser in the information gathering and data analysis for Business Evaluations.
