Mary Jane Dailey - M&AMI, CBI, BCB, SBA, LREB, Fellow of the IBBA
Mary Jane Dailey is the President and CEO of Dailey Resources, Inc. Dailey Resources, Inc. has been a well known Business Intermediary firm in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas since 1989. Mary Jane's background and experience include 22+ years in Mergers and Acquisitions. She is one of the first Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) awarded this prestigious professional accreditation which is a honored Certification earned by only a few. She also is a “Fellow of the IBBA” which is a Certification awarded to those members of the IBBA for their long service in the profession and the organization.
Mary Jane is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, (IBBA) the Mergers and Acquisitions Source, (M&A Source) and the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB). She served as a Board Member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) from 1996 - 2002. She served on the board of TABB from 1998 - 2007. She was the State President of TABB in 1999 and 2000. Mary Jane also served as the President of the Dallas /Fort Worth Local Chapter of TABB from 2003 - 2004 and served on this Chapter Board from 2002 - 2006. Her credentials and certifications include: Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a “Fellow of the IBBA”, A Texas Board Certified Broker (BCB), Senior Business Analyst (SBA), a Registered Business Intermediary (RBI) and a licensed Real Estate Broker (LREB). Bob L. Wyatt - M&AMI, CBI, BCB, SBA, LREA
Bob has been active in the divestiture and acquisition of businesses since 1982. He has owned and operated two personal businesses throughout his career as well as served 30 years with IBM as an operational executive. During his career with IBM, Bob was involved in several large M&A projects for IBM whereby he assisted in either divested or acquired assets/companies for their portfolio of businesses. He is a graduate of Pace University, Syracuse University, and numerous educational and business programs sponsored by IBM. He is one of the first Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) awarded this prestigious professional accreditation which is a honored Certification earned by only a few. Ray Wantuchowicz - LREA
Ray "W" is an award-winning business professional, with a solid background in sales, marketing, accounting and finance. Ray has started and administered several small to mid-size businesses and has also researched, designed and launched many new product lines. Ray has an MBA from Northwestern University and an Associate Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Walton School of Business in Chicago. Tim C. Meinrath - CPA
Tim is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, having received a BBA in Accounting, and is a licensed Texas CPA with business tax and management advisory experience. Tim has 7 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Development and brokerage. In addition, he has 10 years of accounting in manufacturing and banking industries. Tim's associations include the AICPA, Texas Society of CPA's and the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) and a member of the National Association of Certified Business Analysts. Tim served as Treasurer of the Dallas/Fort Worth local Chapter of TABB. In addition, Tim is a business owner, giving him the ability to understand the buyers and sellers he represents. Joe D. Lindsey - CBI, BCB, LREA
Joe is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), M&A Source and the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB).
The IBBA is the largest non-profit (International) business brokerage association specifically formed to meet the needs of business brokers through training and “certification” of those who qualify, with the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI). Joe has earned this honored designation and contributes his time and effort as the current Chair of the IBBA Credentialing Committee, which oversees this designation.
The M&A Source is the world's largest association of Middle Market Intermediaries. Joe also served as a committee member of the M&A Source Credentialing Committee in 2009. Joe is an M&AMI candidate for the Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification which is a valued certification in our profession and held by only a few members worldwide.
TABB is a not-for-profit professional brokerage association representing the business brokerage profession in Texas. The association is the oldest statewide business broker trade association in the USA. Joe is a former member of TABB’s State Board of Directors. He served three consecutive terms (2006 – 2008) as President of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter and is currently serving his sixth year as a member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter.
Joe’s professional practice is dedicated to sell side and buy side representations of lower middle market, family owned businesses within a variety of industries including the manufacturing, distribution, health care, and service sectors. He is licensed as a Texas Real Estate Agent (LREA).

Rick is well versed in many aspects of business ownership. He has owned his own business and worked as a partner in his own consulting firm focused on assisting companies expand into new markets and improve their distribution to meet customer demands and provide a competitive edge. As a business owner and going through the process of purchasing and selling his own business, he has a true understanding of the needs of both sellers and buyers.
Ron Baird - LREA, RBI, RBB
Ron is a seasoned professional well versed in private business transactions and has a keen entrepreneurial insight. Buyers and Sellers benefit from his understanding and hands on experience. Prior to joining Dailey Resources, Ron’s career includes over 30 years experience at executive level national sales and marketing management with various companies including mid-range privately held and large multi-national Corporations.
As vice president, general manager and partial owner, Ron managed the acquisition and sale of a manufacturing plant and various wholesale distribution units. He also is experienced in the Broker / Intermediary sale of Computer Services, Commercial Courier Services Companies, Medical Service/Practices, Marinas, Wholesale/Retail Units and Automotive and Heavy Duty Truck Machine Shops and Manufacturing Units.
Ron's past associations include the (PERA) National Association of Production Engine Re-manufactures where he served on the membership committee, (IASIA) a 7500 member National Association of Automotive Aftermarket Manufacturers and Distributors. Early in his career this national association nominated Ron " young executive of the year" and through this prestigious nomination received national recognition for his work in cost control and management development both in manufacturing and wholesale distribution.
In 2008 as a result of his tireless efforts, dedication and outstanding performance, Ron was the recipient of the prestigious Texas Association of Business Brokers "President’s Award". Jeanette Browning - Project Manager
Jeanette is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, having received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. Jeanette has over 16 years experience in Retail Banking, along with 9 years in Investment Banking. Jeanette manages the various marketing activities for those businesses listed for sale. She works with each broker in assisting them in identifying prospective buyers and sellers for Acquisition Searches. In addition, Jeanette works closely with the ASA business appraiser in the information gathering and data analysis for Business Evaluations.
